Welcome to Premier Sporting Football Academy. By enrolling in our programs and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Enrollment and Participation
Participants must complete the enrollment process, including payment of any applicable fees, before participating in any academy activities.
All participants must meet the age, skill level, and other requirements as specified for each program.
Participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the academy.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to display good sportsmanship, respect towards coaches, staff, and other participants, and adhere to the academy's code of conduct.
The academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive without refund.
Payment and Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. Payment plans may be available as specified.
Refunds are only available under certain conditions, such as program cancellation by the academy. No refunds will be given after the start of the program unless stated otherwise.
Health and Safety
Participants must provide medical information and any necessary health documentation prior to participation.
The academy is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during participation, and participants (or their guardians) must sign a waiver of liability.
Image and Media Consent
By enrolling, participants (or their guardians) consent to the use of their images, video, or other media taken during academy activities for promotional purposes.
